We went to all four Disneyworld parks--besides waterparks. The big mickey hat was at Hollywood Studios.
We stayed at the All Star Movies Hotel, and our building was themed as Toy Story with huge characters all over the courtyard. Very cute. The kids would have been satisfied with all that alone. When we arrived at the hotel and were waiting for Keith to check us in, Darren said, "Mom, Look there's a mickey on the garbage can?" I laughed to think that he thought the garbage can was cool, little did he know how many Mickey's he would see.
There are several 3D movies at all the parks at Disney, but different than the movies in the theater in that they have lots of extras as well. Darren was so determined that that was the way his glasses went, and so serious about it, that I couldn't resist a picture. I was surprised when we went to the first 3D movie--It's tough to be a Bug. There was a time they squashed a bug, and splattered water on the audience. The combination of that, and a gigantic bad bug coming out of the wall. Kayla was terrified. She was ducking under the seat, and grandpa had to escort her out. The boy's were fine. It was interesting to see the different things that scared them, and the things that I thought wouldn't have scared them that did.
In this last picture Charlotte was always so happy to be able to get out of the stroller or not be held. She is standing in a Cinderella carriage with her minnie mouse outfit on. She was so pleased with herself.
